Both agencies put forward a single project team that will now work with Google marketing teams in Europe and the US. The resulting campaign will go live this week with display ads, online videos and a social app for existing Chrome users to give Chrome to others for Christmas.

Mark Cridge, chief executive of Glue London, said, “It was a refreshing and exciting challenge to work so closely as a team of agencies and with the client, which I think comes across in the work, and the sheer scale of the campaign.”

Ben Malbon, managing partner at BBH Labs, New York said, “We’ve worked with Google previously and were excited to be reunited with Obi [Felten, head of consumer marketing Google EMEA] and her team. The range and diversity of work we’ve produced together with Glue in a very short space of time is testament to the tightness of the collaboration. The online films are a particular highlight for us, innovative in both their content and in the way they have been produced.”

Felten said, “The work delivered by the campaign team in such a short time is a testament to the working models made possible by today’s technology. Asking two agencies on two continents to work together so closely to develop a campaign was an interesting experiment in cross-country, cross-agency collaboration.”
