Marketing will focus on Yorkshire Water’s respons¬ible and sus¬tain¬able use of water and the sew¬er¬age network as well as consumer issues such as charges, bills and value for money services.
Yorkshire water also aims to use campaigns to educate domestic and business customers about its land, prop¬erty and main¬ten¬ance activ¬it¬ies.
Marketing activity will take in television, dir¬ect mail, email mar¬ket¬ing, online advert¬ising, vir¬als and social media.
The utilities company is expected to launch a major campaign next year.
