Promotions companies merge to focus on clients

The4imprint Group is merging three of its promotions companies to form a marketing communications agency called Brand Addition.

The new agency, launching in January, will be formed from Products Plus International (PPI), Kreyer Promotion Services of Germany and Manchester-based branded merchandise specialist Brand Addition.

PPI is a specialist premium sourcing company for promotional items and produces tailor-made branded products, from event-related merchandise to large consumer promotions. Its clients include Colgate Palmolive, Clarins and ITV.

The expanded Brand Addition will now specialise in strategically supporting the development of client brands by creating and producing bespoke products “that work as a memorable, physical medium to help communicate brand values.”

The agency’s CEO, Chris Lee, says: “With companies increasingly questioning their marketing mix, they are placing a greater emphasis on strategic branded merchandise as a cost-effective alternative medium for communicating their brand values…

“The new agency will be uniquely placed to provide a single-source creative solution capable of meeting any kind of brand marketing or corporate communications objective.”

The company has offices in UK, Ireland, Germany, China and Hong Kong.
