Champagne bar role for Yo! Sushi’s top marketer
Catering company Searcys has recruited Yo! Sushi’s head of marketing and Zinc founder Georgia Hall as sales and marketing director.
Searcys is one of the oldest established catering firms in the world and runs establishments at The Gherkin, the National Portrait Gallery and Champagne bars at Westfield and St Pancras.
Hall will focus on the core brand as well as launching a series of champagne bars to attract a younger clientele with large disposable incomes.
She was a founder of digital agency Zinc, which was sold to Havas advertising in 2002.
Hall says: ‘Searcys is a really inspirational food, drinks and events experience company and I need to build new momentum via marketing, brand positioning and PR to ensure their market positioning for the future.”
