Carpetright awards £10m media account to Twenty Twenty Media

Twenty Twenty Media Vision has been awarded the non-broadcast media planning and buying account for Carpetright and Sleepright.

The agency won the business following a competitive pitch versus the incumbent of six years, WFCA, and an unnamed agency, as exclusively revealed by Marketing Week last year.

Twenty Twenty Media Vision takes over the account with immediate effect. TV and radio buying, held by Brilliant, remains unaffected.

Caron Grant, head of marketing at Carpetright, says: it will look to “determine how best to apply our marketing communications.”

Bill Jones, managing director of Twenty Twenty Media, adds: “To land such a major retail account within six months of opening our doors is testament to the experience and knowledge of our team.”

Core creative and studio teams have been put into place at the agency to implement ongoing press campaigns. A pool of freelance creative teams will be drawn upon for TV, sponsorship and radio campaigns.
