NCP splits marketing team as part of brand refresh

Car park provider NCP has boosted its marketing team and split it into two divisions, as part of its brand refresh project.

Under its new look, the NCP brand has a new customer focused positioning and complete makeover.

To push this forward, the company has split its marketing team into two divisions ’Channel Marketing’ and ’Brand & Creative’ and says it believes the new line-up will help to push the business forward and improve its marketing and customer relationship management.

New recruits will head both divisions up. Mark Dugdale will take the helm in the ’Channel Marketing’ division. He joins NCP from Nuffield Health where he was head of brand and partnerships. The ’Channel Marketing’ team are responsible for all NCP’s media, PR, Digital channels including web development, partnerships, CRM and airport requirements,

Alison Sams who joins the Croydon-based company from Scottish Widows where she headed up the in-house creative department will lead the ’Brand & Creative’ division. Her team will be responsible for brand repositioning research, brand development, creative, print and creative web development for the car park giant.

NCP commercial director Jo Cooper says the split will “help us to take our communications and customer relationship management to a new level. We are particularly excited about the new team’s work on the rebranding of NCP and look forward to what this creative group will produce to take us onwards and upwards.”
