The campaign focuses on Holiday Autos’ position as a smart and reliable choice for the customer as well as a champion for car hire. It uses existing brand character Wheelz and features the strapline “we go further”.
The London focused campaign takes in ambient, outdoor and digital activity. This includes a series of 250 taxi supersides and tip seats and panels at rail stations. There is also online advertising.
Marketing agency Digger created the ads and MG OMD is handling the media planning and buying.
The campaign has been designed to cut through the crowded car hire market by highlighting the distinct differences between Holiday Autos and its competition.

The car hire market is a very crowded one and we want to show consumers that we’re about more than price – we’re a specialist who has been relied upon to provide high quality car hire for over 23 years.
“We hope the campaign, supported by our existing communications activity, will help grow our loyal customer base and attract new customers, educating people about our core differences from others in the market”.
The campaign will go live on 10 May and will be integrated into other digital and communications channels throughout the year.
