Nick Jenkins has been promoted to the newly created role of head of creative solutions. He will report into Abby Carvosso, head of magazine sales, who led the review, as well as three team members.

Jenkins will be responsible for driving advertising across Bauer Media’s men’s, women’s and entertainment brands.

He will work with the existing creative solutions teams and the magazine, digital and brand solutions’ sales teams to deliver “original, inventive cross- media campaigns”.

Bauer is also looking for a creative solutions manager on More! and Zoo magazines and an art director to work across the entire magazine advertising portfolio.

Carvosso says: “Creativity is one of the key drivers of our magazine advertising strategy. Bauer Media has deep insight into audiences that engage with our portfolio of influential brands and this enables us to deliver the innovative campaigns that make a difference to our Clients.
