Jenkins has spent over six years at P&G, starting as head of interactive marketing before being promoted to a associate director role last year.

While at P&G, Jenkins was responsible for pioneering the use of new online marketing channels such as red button advertising in March 2005.

P&G, the UK’s second largest advertiser, last month said it was to increase ad spend to develop new products and drive innovation in the way the company markets its brands.
