PepsiCo brings in Danone Waters marketer to head up Quaker and Tropicana
PepsiCo has appointed Danone Waters’ UK marketing director Patrick Kalotis as its new head of marketing for Quaker and Tropicana.
Kalotis replaces Sean Summers, who is leaving the role to join Twinings as UK marketing director.

Kalotis says: “Tropicana and Quaker are the UK’s leading juice and cereal brands, with an outstanding reputation for quality, an unrivalled heritage, and a great track record in NPD and innovation. I’m really looking forward to leading exciting, engaging marketing campaigns that tap into consumers’ interest in healthier eating and drinking, taking Quaker and Tropicana from strength to strength.”
Murray adds: “We can expect some very memorable and successful marketing campaigns to come.”
Tropicana currently works with DDB and Quaker works with Abbott Mead Vickers. Media planning and buying for both brands is handled by OMD.
