M&S promotes Food on the Move promotion

Marks & Spencer is running a promotion for its Food on the Move range supported with a press advertising campaign.

M&S is giving away a free “mini treat” including cakes and chocolate brownies with every purchase of its new Food on the Move Shaker Salads.

The food retailer is running a coupon campaign in today’s free newspaper Metro, with ads running throughout the paper.

The ads use the strapline: “Because the pleasure’s all yours with a  free treat.” and “Because come rain or shine lunchtime is never dull.”

Earlier this month, M&S revealed in its annual report that it awarded marketing director Steven Sharp a 12% pay rise in the last financial year so that he could “reflect the continuing importance of the branding and marketing of M&S”.
