Pizza Hut Delivery’s big summer promotion this year is based on a partnership with the film. The promotion has the tagline ’Hungry for Action’ and features four A Team themed pizzas drawing on the characteristics of each of the team.
Pizza Hut Delivery stores will be fully kitted out with A Team point of sale for the promotional period and the Pizza Hut Delivery chain will also support the partnership with a social media game and Kiss radio partnership.
Other partners for the film include Milk Moustache, Morrison’s Cereal and Orange.
The latest cinema advert from the telecoms company is an A Team spoof. The overall partnership with Twentieth Century Fox and Orange is also being supported via retail across all Orange stores with window displays and in-store point of sale.
The film, inspired by the television series, is released in the UK on 28 July.
The film distributor explained that it was following two tiered brand promotions strategy for the film, targeting both the core film demographic of older teens and adults and also broadening it out to younger teens, kids and families.
