Kraft loses more former Cadbury execs

Two more former Cadbury executives are understood to be leaving Kraft Foods following the hostile takeover earlier this year.

Tamara Minick-Scokalo, who is head of Kraft’s European confectionary business, is said to be leaving after joining the company in February, according to Bloomberg.

Prior to this, she was Cadbury’s European president but left the UK confectioner before the Kraft takeover in February.

Minick-Scokalo will be replaced by Dubai based Kraft exec Patrick Satamian.

Ignasi Ricou, who headed up Cadbury’s European gum and candy business, is also to leave the company.

His role will be split between former Cadbury man Trevor Bond who will lead the European sales team and Marizio Brusadelli of Kraft who will head up the gum and candy business.

Their departures follow a slew of former Cadbury officials to leave the company after the merger of the two companies.

Chairman Roger Carr, CEO Todd Stitzer and chief financial officer Andrew Bonfield have stepped down. Mark Reckitt, Cadbury’s chief strategy officer left in July and Cadbury’s UK marketing chief Phil Rumbol also left.

Rumbol has since launched a creative agency with Fallon founder Laurence Green and creative director Richard Flintham.
