Talent gains due recognition

On behalf of the Marketing Academy, we are delighted to announce that Sherilyn Shackell has been shortlisted by the Women in Marketing Awards as the New Female Marketer of the Year 2010.

This category recognises someone who is relatively new to the marketing discipline, and has made a significant achievement in their time as a marketer.

Sherilyn has created and launched both The Marketing Hall of Legends UK and The Marketing Academy. It is one thing to have a great idea, but to take real action and make that great idea a reality requires exceptional skills.

Being shortlisted for this award is a fantastic achievement. Anyone who has worked with, or is lucky enough to call Sherilyn a friend, knows what an inspiration and force for good she is.
