The media company has recently reviewed all of its agency partners to ensure it effectively drives customer acquisition, customer service, brand and marketing, online products and services, as well as online publishing, such as Skysports.com and Skynews.com.

John Orriss, director of subscriber growth and sales, BSkyB, says: “Digital is becoming central to what we do at Sky. Successfully engaging with our customers online is getting ever more important, so to continue our leadership in this area we need to make sure we are working with the right mix of digital expertise, and experienced partners in the industry.”

He added: “This comprehensive review has provided us with a roster of partners who are leaders in their respective fields, and we look forward to working closely with them to maximise the impact of our investment in digital.”

SEO will be part of the strategy to improve online rankings, traffic and sales across all of Sky’s transaction and content-related sites.
