RBS Insurance insight director Jeremy Tait, Npower data head Ed Aspinall and Antony Smith, head of group CRM at gaming company Gala Coral, have joined EDF Energy head of customer data Chris Lodge on the schedule.

RBS’s Tait will speak about segmentation, and using it to deliver value from data. Aspinall of Npower will take part in a panel debate on organising a company’s structure around data. Gala Coral’s Smith, meanwhile, will present a six-step guide to simple CRM.

The Marketing Week Data Summit, sponsored by data management company Callcredit and marketing services provider Communisis, brings together senior data and marketing professionals to network, share information and generate ideas through workshops and conference sessions led by industry experts. It takes place on 8-9 June 2011 at Chateau du Lac, Brussels.

Attendance and accommodation are free to data and marketing professionals controlling budgets of at least £100,000 a year. More details can be found at www.thedatasummit.co.uk.
