The 23-year-old F1 star will be raising the profile of the Infiniti brand during events linked to Infiniti’s business and product programmes.

The Japanese brand already features on the Red Bull racing car driven by Vettel and Mark Webber. The Vettel signing comes just two months after Infiniti partnered with the Red Bull Racing team.

Nissan Motor Company CVP global marketing communications Simon Sproule says:  “Red Bull Racing have demonstrated over the course of their short history in F1 that they are a great challenger brand.

“As we developed the partnership with the team, it was a natural progression to also work more closely with Sebastian.”

The collaboration is part of the global Infiniti F1 programme developed and managed by sponsorship agency Prism
