The new stores will offer Orange and T-Mobile products and will feature glass-fronted Everything Everywhere branding. Customers will be able to use the stores to charge their phones, download apps to their handsets and use free WiFi.

The mobile provider will continue to trial other retail formats, including concession and 50/50 joint Orange and T-Mobile stores.

Everything Everywhere opened its first branded store in Altrincham in February and has opened four further stores since.

The company claims trials of the stores showed that footfall was up over 25% compared to other communications retail stores and that customers were 60% more likely to recommend Everything Everywhere products and services.

Tom Alexander, Everything Everywhere CEO, says: “The trial results have already shown us that we’ve tapped into an incredibly successful and highly engaging customer experience formula within the Everything Everywhere format, and that our two brands, Orange and T-Mobile, as well as our customers, are benefiting.”

Orange and T-Mobile have more than 720 own-branded stores in the UK.
