The former director of franchise and asset strategy will take the title of country manager and will be responsible for all sales, marketing, operations and franchise activities in the UK.

He has been with CBS Outdoor for 15 years and will report CBS Outdoor International CEO Antonio Alonso.

His appointment is part of a management restructure that reflects the company’s shift towards digital retail advertising.

Mike Moran, managing director, and Mark Chippendale, commercial director, have also left the business and will not be replaced.

CBS Outdoor declined to comment further on Moran and Chippendale’s departure.

In June, CBS Outdoor was awarded the £100m outdoor media contract for the Westfield shopping centre due to open at the Stratford Olympic site in September. It is also the official advertising supplier to London 2012.
