Harry Potter premiere to stream live on digital billboards

The Leicester Square premiere for the final Harry Potter film The Deathly Hallows- Part 2, will be streamed live on digital billboards across the capital.

The red carpet proceedings of this evening’s event (7 July) will be aired live on JCDecaux’s Transvision digital sites in 10 major train stations including Kings Cross and Liverpool Street from 4.00 to 7.30pm.

It will features live footage of Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe Emily Watson (Hermione Granger) and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) as well as scrolling text commentary.

It is the first time live footage of a London film premier has been streamed to digital outdoor screens.

The campaign is a collaboration between Grand Visual, PHD and Kinetic.
