Malcolm has over 23 years’ experience in the market research industry, with experience in client management, research design, data analysis, marketing, sales and business analysis.

She joins from the role of MD at Bases EMEA, a division of The Nielsen Company that helps clients with forecasting techniques to estimate the sales potential of new products in development.

When she was the MD for Bases UK Malcolm played a key role in winning and developing the EMEA regional account for Coca-Cola.
She has also held senior management roles with many global companies, from Kellogg to Coca-Cola.

Ipsos Marketing also helps to reposition existing brands. Its three divisions include Consumer Goods, Industry & Services and Health & Pharmaceuticals.

Ben Page, CEO of Ipsos MORI, says: “Susan’s broad experience at Nielsen and client-side, as well as her people skills, mean she’s well placed to lead our new larger marketing business for global FMCG companies in the UK and worldwide.”
