Breast Cancer Care launches outdoor news hub

Breast Cancer Care is to turn London Euston train station into a “digital news hub” as part of its activity for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The charity will cover the walls of the station with nine digital screens, running live feeds of information detailing the things people are compelled to check each day, including news headlines, trending topics, weather and horoscopes.

Each screen will flash intermittently with pink screens bearing the strapline: “You check a million and one things all the time. Make one of them your breasts”.

The campaign was created by JCDecaux and creative agency Iris, which says the news hub is a “world first” in terms of digital advertising.

Breast Cancer Care is also encouraging people to “liven up” their Fridays during October and beyond, by organising pink themed activities at home and in the workplace to support the charity.
