The 100-piece menswear range will be available in Selfridges’ Birmingham Bullring store from Monday (31 October). A collection will follow in the Manchester Trafford Centre store on 19th November.

The Primark range will sit alongside Selfridges designer label brands such as Burberry and Alexander McQueen. Prices will be in line with Primark’s budget proposition starting at £2.50.

It’s not the first time that Selfridges has partnered with high street fashion retailers and already offers H&M and Topshop ranges alongside designer labels.

Primark says the partnership shows the retailer’s “ability to combine fashion forward clothing and accessories with true value prices”.

A Primark spokesman says: “We are pleased to confirm that Primark and Selfridges, the world’s leading department store, are coming together in a partnership where the iconic store will host an edited selection of menswear products. This unique collaboration further strengthens Primark’s proposition on the UK high street.”
