Outdoor ad networks recognise Remembrance Day silence

Ocean Outdoor will support The Royal British Legion’s Remembrance Day silences on 11 November by running an ad by the charity during the 2 minute silence at 11am tomorrow (11 November).

It also aims to demonstrate that advertisers can use its time-specific capabilities to run specific creative at different times of the day.
Outdoor media owners CBS, Clear Channel and JCDecaux have all donated ad space to the Poppy Appeal this year.

The campaign, planned by agencies CST The Gate and Kinetic Worldwide, celebrates The Royal British Legion’s 90th anniversary.

The campaign also includes ads on the London underground, roadside, point of sale and transport ad sites that aim to direct the public to the charity’s Facebook page, where users can add a poppy to their Facebook profile to show support for the campaign.
