Jaeger launches m-commerce site

Luxury fashion brand Jaeger hopes to increase mobile sales by 80% with the launch of its first transactional mobile site.


The site features a one-click checkout and a shared shopping basket across the mobile and the main e-commerce site. It also allows international payment and delivery options.

The brand claims it creates a “seamless multichannel strategy that will give Jaeger customers across the globe a consistent shopping experience”.

Core branded collections only will be available on the site.

It is hoped that the rate of conversion for smartphone visits to sales will double. Mobile sales are expected to increase by 80% within the next six months. Mobile sales, including the iPad currently account for 8% of total sales.
