Happy New Year

We’re bowing out of 2011 and facing next year with excitement and anticipation. We know there are tough challenges ahead for marketers and suppliers alike but we are looking forward to writing about the resourceful and innovative ways you all step up to meet those challenges.

Marketing Week won’t be resting on its laurels either. Look out for new products designed to help you in your job and new ways with which we’ll present this material in coming months.

Other things to look forward to include the Marketing Week Engage Awards and MarketingWeek Live! (in fact, pencil the dates for the latter in your diary now – it’s 27 and 28 June 2012 and there is more info’ here.)

The Engage Awards will see the most effective and insightful marketing strategies scrutinised by a panel of leading marketing experts. If your team has developed an outstanding piece of work then let us know about it and put them on the path to potential glory. You can read all about the awards and categories here.

So, have a great Christmas break and we’ll resume normal service on 3 January 2012.
