He will take responsibility for marketing brands such as Minstrels, Revels and Mars Planets in the UK and internationally.
Delabriere will report to Michael Magee, UK vice president at Mars Chocolate UK.
He joins from Innocent Drinks, where he oversaw the marketing strategies across the company’s brands.
Prior to his time at the smoothie maker Delabriere was marketing director at PepsiCo UK.
He replaces Alex Brittain, who left Mars to join Tesco as category manager in February.
Last year the company announced plans to emulate its US strategy with a character-based push for its Bitesize brands in the UK.
