The cosmetics company has scrapped the role of marketing director and appointed two strategic marketing chiefs after Chris Evans left the top marketing job to take a position in his family business.

Coty veteran Pamela Routley will take over marketing of brands including Rimmel London as colour cosmetics marketing director following a maternity cover contract as head of Coty Prestige marketing.

Meanwhile former Revlon and Soap & Glory marketer Graeme Bralsford joins as head of marketing for fragrance and toiletries, taking on responsibility for fragrance lines for brands such as adidas, Beckham and Beyonce.
