Mr Motivator fronts the Two Minute Mover exercise videos as he guides the former Big Breakfast presenter through several different routines.
Quaker Oats developed the routines after a survey revealed that is the nation’s top New Year’s resolution is to do more exercise, but over a third (36 per cent) will break their resolutions in the first two weeks of January.

This is why we asked Mr Motivator to devise a series of Two Minute Movers to help the nation super start their mornings.
