Econsultancy and Marketing Week Live launch the ‘Digital Talent Challenge’

Marketers attending Marketing Week Live this month will be given the chance to test their digital skills against their peers – and identify gaps in their knowledge – using Econsultancy’s free “Digital Talent Challenge” app.

The app will be showcased at the show’s Career Development Zone at Marketing Week Live 2013, which takes place at London’s Olympia Grand on 26 and 27 June.

The Digital Talent Challenge works in the form of a skills assessor app and gives users the opportunity to assess their skills in six areas of digital: display marketing, mobile marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing and web analytics.

The challenge takes just a few minutes to complete and aims to provide a useful method for identifying where individuals need to develop their skills and competencies. It also, crucially, allows people to benchmark against their peers.

Ahead of the show, people can take the challenge online here, where they can see how they measure up to other marketers as well as receive tailored recommendations of features at the show to help close any skills gaps.
