MWL and Marketing Week carry off top trophies

Marketing Week Live (MWL) has been recognised as the most innovative trade exhibition of the year by the events industry on the eve of this year’s extravaganza at Olympia London.

MWL2012 recognised for its innovation with award from AEO

The team behind MWL carried off The Association Event Organisers (AEO) Excellence Award 2013 for Innovation for Marketing Week Live 2012. This year’s event takes place on Wednesday and Thursday (26/27 June) and offers an unparalleled chance to access free insights and learnings – you can register here.

The team won for the innovative way in which MWL was framed and presented, being marketed and implemented more as a consumer style show than a trade exhibition. Its loyalty programme under the name MWLive Rewards was also praised for the way it incentivised and rewarded marketers that engaged and contributed to the exhibition’s pre-show marketing. The AEO judging panel is made up of senior people from across the events industry.
