Festival of Marketing London announces brand speakers
Nokia’s CRM chief Chris Schaumann and O2’s head of analytics Maciej Wasiak will be among the high-profile marketers sharing tips on what triggers brand engagement in the multichannel age at this year’s Festival of Marketing in London.
Mothercare’s head of loyalty and CRM Ryan Davies and Transport for London’s head of marketing services Julie Dixon will also deliver insights on a host of issues affecting the modern marketer such as how to increase the quality of customer engagement and using predictive analytics to mitigate risk.
Many more marketers will be announced over the coming weeks.
