Celebrity Intelligence is a new service aimed at marketers and PRs

Celebrity Intelligence is a new B2B product specifically aimed at helping brand marketers and PRs identify and do business with the celebrities most likely to give them a significant and sustainable competitive advantage.

At the core of the new product, which went live today (19 September), is an extensive and up-to-date celebrity database, with full demographic and commercial career details on more than 28,000 stars from the world of film, TV, music, sports, fashion and the arts. It shows what brands celebrities endorse, what charities they work with and provides many more essential details.

The site offers a range of easy-to-use search tools which enable users to segment the celebrities by a wide range of different criteria including by age, sex, sector, or even skills and interests, or ailments. All the relevant contact details are available for every one of the 28,000 celebrities.

Marketing subscribers can also search the database by the brands and industry sectors the celebrities represent. In total, Celebrity Intelligence holds the endorsements of around 9,000 brands, which can be searched either by brand name or by 11 industry sectors and 25 sub-sectors, making it the most comprehensive database of celebrity endorsement available.

And for marketers looking for Celebrity Intelligence for gifting opportunities, or to dress big name celebrities on the red carpet, the service has around 4,500 celebrity events at one time, all of which are searchable by date, location, category or type of event.

All the celebrities are also  ranked daily by “buzz”, a proprietorial index of how celebrities are trending in the celebrity news and on social media. The Buzz Index enables celebrities to be compared with each other and over time, as their fortunes rise and fall.
