Regus appoints Marc Nohr global brand director

Office space supplier Regus has appointed Kitcatt Nohr Digitas co-founder and chief executive Marc Nohr to a newly created role managing its brand and growing the number of members paid up to its flexible working scheme.

Marc Nohr tasked with developing office space supplier’s brand and membership scheme.

Nohr will take on the global managing director for brand and membership role in January. He will be responsible for developing its brand positioning as well as growing its membership scheme.

Regus manages 1,811 spaces globally, including in airport business lounges and service stations, that people pay a subscription to use when needed. It plans to increase the network by 30 per cent in its current fiscal year adding 440 new locations.

The company has been beefing up its marketing leadership team to drive the expansion. Former British Gas and Direct Line CMO Rick Vlemmicks joined in July.

Vlemmicks, who Nohr will report to, says: “Our vision is to lead this flexible work revolution and to capitalise on the opportunities it presents, we are assembling a world class leadership team.  Marc has the global experience and entrepreneurial spirit which mark him out as one of those leaders.”

Nohr joins the company during a period of growth. Group turnover increased to £1.13bn in the nine months to 30 September, up 22 per cent from £919.6m a year earlier.

Nohr has been CEO of Kitcatt Nohr Digitas since March 2011. He co-founded the agency in 2002.
