Mars promotes Thomas Delabriere to key developing markets role

Mars has promoted Thomas Delabriere, one of its most senior marketers in the UK, to oversee strategy in some of its fastest growing developing markets.

Mars has promoted Thomas Delabriere to head up marketing efforts in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

Delabriere moves from his current job as marketing lead for Maltesers, M&Ms and the Bitesize portfolio to head up marketing efforts in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

Jennifer Woolford, who has been with Mars for 12 years most recently as global seasonal strategy director, has replaced him. She reports to Michael Magee, senior VP for Mars Chocolate in the UK. 

Delabriere, recently named one of Marketing Week’s Vision 100, joined Mars in 2012 from Innocent where he was marketing director of its smoothie and juice portfolio.

Prior to Innocent, he was a marketing director at PepsiCo with responsibility for sharing and snack brands including Doritos, Quavers, Wotsits and French Fries.
