Stella Artois taps into spirit of holiday giving through online film series

Stella Artois is attempting to invoke the spirit of Christmas giving through a seriess of online films that use props from its holiday commercial as thoughtful gifts.

The beer brand arranged for a piano, a camera, holiday lights and fake snow from its “Fallen Star” holiday commercial to be delivered to unsuspecting recipients by their loved ones in an effort to celebrate Stella Artois’ origins as a Belgian holiday drink.

The series of videos, which were filmed in the Portland, Nashville, Buenos Aires and London, aired on the brand’s YouTube channel.
