The Marketing Academy on the work revolution

The Marketing Academy’s Inspire conference is back, and this year will look at what the rise of automation, remote and flexible working, and ‘side-hustles’ mean for marketing careers.

The Marketing Academy’s Inspire Live conference returns on 26 April, and this year will look at how marketers can future-proof their skills in a job market where the rise of automation, remote and flexible working, and ‘side-hustles’ are shaking up the world of work.

Now in its fifth year, the leadership conference will take place at the BT Centre in St Paul’s, London. It includes an impressive line-up of speakers including Amanda Mackenzie, CEO at Business in the Community and former Aviva CMO, entrepreneur and TED Talk speaker Tim Leberecht and Pip Jamieson, founder of The Dots.

It will aim to tackle the opportunities and challenges the future of work presents. That includes discussions on flexible working, the importance of ditching the concept of a career ladder, and ways of finding or creating the kind of company you want to work for.

With the workplace undergoing an unprecedented revolution, our aim is to share fresh thinking to nurture the behaviours and skills required to stand the test of time.

“You’ll leave the day feeling energised and with practical actions for both your development and your business.”
