Whether it’s failing to take full advantage of Barclays’ development schemes or not making the most of connections at travel business NetJet, Cronin acknowledges that despite her obvious success, she has regrets from her time as a junior marketer that could have been solved by simply asking for what she deserved.
Having experienced big brands and leaner businesses across finance and travel, Cronin says the key is having a broader view of the kind of marketer you want to be.
