A Popstars hit for Amos’ Pink Tits

The Diary loved the recent Popstars-themed bash at HHCL’s headquarters, even if it was like being trapped inside a West End musical.

Minnie Moll, HHCL’s marketing director, flawlessly compered a riveting pop trivia quiz and then revealed some startling confessions from her staff, including one person who claimed to have appeared in a porn film with Koo Stark.

Congratulations to the quiz’s eventual winners, the imaginatively named Amos and the Pink Tits, and commiserations to Dave’s Arseburgers who trailed in last.

Ah well, Dave’s Arseburgers can take heart. As one advertising executive told The Diary: “It’s not the winning that counts, it’s the taking part”.

Presumably that philosophy is put on hold when the agency is pitching for new business.
