ABTA relaunches with fresh name and logo

The Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) is relaunching this week with a new logo and name to reflect changes to its structure and strategy. The organisation will now be called the Travel Association although it will still be known as ABTA.

The new logo, which has been designed by Open Associates, aims to be “cleaner and more cohesive” but still uses the half Union Flag and half globe icon. It has been developed to make ABTA more prominent and uses a more contemporary range of colours.

The overhaul aims to show that the organisation has become more responsive to its 1,500 members, which include travel agents, tour operators and support services.
