Aga, the cooker brand, is launching an advertising campaign featuring celebrities using its products in a bid to target a younger audience.
The print campaign breaks this week and sees Aga-owners such as musician Alex James and model Jasmine Guinness photographed using the cookers in their homes. Further celebrities will be used in the future.
The campaign, created by Cogent Elliot, will run in weekend newspaper supplements, upmarket magazines and celebrity weeklies. It will also focus on the brand’s new offering, the Aga Intelligent Management System (AIMS). PHD North handled media planning and buying for the campaign.
Aga appointed Cogent Elliot to handle its brand promotions account following a five-way pitch in May.
