Bartle Bogle Hegarty has created a television campaign for Sony Ericsson’s dual-fronted camera phone. The ad will be shown on Channel 4 tomorrow (Thursday) and over the weekend. It will air again on September 1, and is backed with a press and outdoor campaign. The K700i is an ordinary phone on one side, but transforms into a digital camera that is held horizontally on the other. The campaign will carry the strapline: ‘Two parts, one whole’. The ad shows a girl and a man separately travelling during a day. The girl uses a phone, while the man uses his camera. The campaign also includes print, cinema and outdoor ads, as well as a website and online advertising for global markets. The online campaign was created by Dare Digital.
