Washable rug brand Ruggable hopes to separate itself from its online DTC rivals with its largest marketing investment in the UK and its first brand ad.
The scale-up launched in the UK in 2021 after finding viral success in America – and has seen steady growth with an exclusively digital marketing mix. But the time was right, according to the brand’s European marketing director Charlotte Ford, to “reach new audiences” after hitting a point where it “can’t continue to scale with just digital marketing alone”.
