Britvic director of brands marketing Richard Collins is leaving the soft drinks company at the end of the month. It is not clear if he has a job to go to or if he will be replaced at Britvic.

Collins, who has been with the company for four years, is responsible for all marketing and sponsorship activity across the Britvic portfolio, which includes Pepsi, Robinsons, J20 and Tango. He reports directly into category director Andrew Marsden.

Collins started his career at Unilever, where he worked for 10 years on brands including Bachelors and Fray Bentos. He left the Anglo-Dutch packaged goods giant to join drinks company Seagram, where he was global marketing director for the rum category, which included the Captain Morgan brand.

Britvic is scheduled to make its pre-close trading announcement this Friday ahead of its first full year results announcement in November.
