Carbon Trust picks WCRS, VCCP and Rainey Kelly

The Carbon Trust has appointed WCRS, Vallance Carruthers Coleman Priest, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R to its advertising roster. The agencies beat off competition from McCann Erickson, Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy and Leo Burnett.

The Government agency, which is tasked with helping businesses reduce their carbon emissions, started the review of its £50m advertising and communications statutory review last year (MW July 13). The roster will be in place for four years and agencies will be selected to handle briefs on a project basis.

Last month the trust appointed Brandsmiths, McCann Erickson, Lambie-Nairn and Rufus Leonard to its branding roster.

EdwardsGroomSaunders, Manning Gottlieb OMD and Media Planning to its media planning roster. Delaney Knox Warren (DLKW), McCann Erickson, Quadrant Consultants and TequilaLondon are on the agency’s marketing roster.
