Help us build the industry’s most in-depth view of marketing salaries and careers

Marketing Week’s annual Career and Salary Survey is now open.

Marketing Week’s Career & Salary Survey, which is now in its 26th year, aims to identify the key issues, challenges and opportunities for you and your career, as well as creating an accurate salary benchmarking tool for the industry.

New for this year, we want to understand how and where you are working. Over three years on from the start of pandemic, we would like to hear from you on your experience of flexible and hybrid working as well as how you are splitting your time between remote and the office.

Elsewhere, we want to find out the impact the macroeconomic environment has had on recruitment, structure and investment in development.

Please take 10 minutes to fill out the survey and help us create the industry’s most in-depth census of marketing careers and salaries.

Russell Parsons, editor-in-chief of Marketing Week, says: “For more than a quarter of a century, we have been telling stories that illustrate the state of careers and salaries in marketing, and we would hugely appreciate if you could help us tell even richer stories this year.

“The Career and Salary Survey helps us reveal so much, and so much of importance. Gender and ethnicity pay gaps, the view of marketing in organisations, the impact of environment to name just a handful. In exchange for sharing your experience, we can be true to our role – highlighting progress and shining a light on what needs to change.”

With your help we will be able to uncover some of the most interesting and prominent workplace trends for the year ahead, the results of which will inform a number of news stories and features next year.

The survey is open from now until 29 November and anyone who takes part will have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £50 Amazon vouchers.
