She has extensive experience in digital media and product development and at iVillage Networks, owned by NBC Universal, was responsible for editorial oversight, product development strategy, community and driving commercial partnerships for the iVillage core sites.

Miskin has also worked at IPC Media as commercial director for all digital businesses; Ministry of Sound as chief executive officer and the British Tennis Federation as director of operations.

Centaur Media chairman, Patrick Taylor, says: “Rebecca has extensive experience of the media sector in general and of digital media innovation in particular, and will add great value to the company as we seek to exploit the exciting growth opportunities which digital media offer.”

The publisher of Marketing Week, New Media Age, Pitch, Creative Review and Design Week, among other brands, has just reported first half revenues up 15% on the same period in 2009.
