COI shortlist for £1m ad pitch for Inland Revenue’s Construction Industry scheme

COI Communications is understood to have shortlisted M&C Saatchi; Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy; DFGW and HHCL/Red Cell to a &£1m advertising pitch for Inland Revenue’s Construction Industry Scheme 1999, which will persuade building contractors to declare the employment status of all their employees.
