Since joining earlier this year, Lara has had a key role in ensuring the success of Auto Trader as a solely digital platform, after the last issue of its print magazine was published in 2013. A significant part of its new business model involves creating data-driven advertising offerings for the car companies and advertising agencies who use the platform. Auto Trader can now use a combination of data sets to identify and reach the most valuable car buying audiences.
Lara has also been instrumental in implementing Auto Trader’s data management platform, which acts as a crucial tool for a variety of business functions. As such she has been central to the brand’s efforts not only to grow revenues through data-driven products but also to make itself more efficient in everything it does.
