Deadline for entries extended to 2 March for Marketing Week Awards

The deadline for entries for this year’s Marketing Week Awards has been extended to 2 March as chief executives including Jacqueline Gold from Ann Summers, Telefónica UK’s Ronan Dunne and Stephen Miron of Global join the judging panel.

All entries will be judged by a panel of senior marketers from brands such as Britvic, Barclaycard and Sport England, and in order to qualify for a rate of £300 (+VAT) must be submitted by tomorrow’s (19 February) original deadline. The rate will then rise to £350 (+VAT) if submitted by 2 March.

The likes of Ann Summers’ Gold and Telefónica UK’s Dunne will be part of a special jury tasked with picking out the brands making marketing a strategic priority across the business. The new ‘CEO award for marketing’ aims to celebrate the people and brands pushing marketing to the top of the corporate agenda. Nominated brands will be asked to fill out an entry form before the judges pick their winner.

The award is one of a diverse range up for grabs at this year’s Marketing Week Awards, taking place on 12 May at the Roundhouse in London. The categories aim to celebrate best-in-class marketing, recognising the brands championing diversity, putting purpose before profit and showcasing outstanding storytelling.
